FAQ

TICKETS & CHECK-IN

Can I print my ticket on a tortilla and still get in?

We admire your creativity, but digital or printed tickets on actual paper work best.

What happens if I lose my VIP badge?

Report to the help desk. We’ll cancel the old badge and issue a new one—just don’t try to use a handmade version drawn in crayon.

Can I check in early if I’m really excited?

We love the energy, but please check in during the posted hours—no sleeping outside the gates, even in full Mets pajamas.

GAME TIME & BALLPARK ACCESS

Will I get to throw the first pitch?

Only if your name is on the lineup card or you’ve won the honorary lottery (and have a solid fastball).

Can I bring my glove to catch foul balls?

Yes, and if you catch one, you’re legally obligated to tell the story at every family gathering forever.

Are hot dogs a valid form of currency inside the stadium?

Not officially, but in an emergency snack trade, they carry significant value.

MEET & GREETS & EVENTS

What if I get starstruck meeting a Mets legend?

Take a deep breath, smile, and remember: they’ve also tripped over their cleats before.

Can I ask Noah Syndergaard to braid my hair?

Only if he offers. Consent matters—even with flowing locks.

What should I bring to get signed?

Jerseys, balls, hats, or your baby (kidding… unless the baby is in a Mets onesie, then maybe).
